We have an exciting opportunity to take on a pay as you go boating and watercraft hire company to operate out of Kingsbury Water Park to include providing non-motorised activities on the largest lake at Kingsbury Water Park, Bodymoor Heath.
Kingsbury Water Park extends 620 acres and is owned and managed by Warwickshire County Council. The Park is a premier visitor attraction in the north of Warwickshire and welcomes around 350,000 visits per year. It has over 30 lakes and pools used for a variety of activities including fishing, sailing and model boating.
The facility is expected to be open to members of the public, offering hire of rowing boats, pedalos, canoes and kayaks, or similar. The new operator would be expected to bring in their own infrastructure and equipment to site and be responsible for their demise and property. It would be an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ranger service at the park, to ensure the best possible service is offered to visitors and operational issues and requirements can be regularly discussed and actioned as appropriate.
It is offered on a business lease for up to 10 years.
