Scott joined Godfrey-Payton in August 2025 as a building surveyor, having read Law and Building Surveying at University.
Having worked for national consultancies, Scott has a broad range of experience advising across the residential, education, health and commercial sectors. His experience includes undertaking a variety of services such as schedules of condition, defect diagnosis, dilapidations advice, contract administration, and neighbourly matters including advising on The Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
Throughout weekends in December, Scott works on his family’s Christmas tree farm, and enjoys shooting as well as walking his rescued greyhound.
