Nikki has been in the Lettings industry for 6 years. She is currently studying for her ARLA qualification and hopes to have this in place early in 2024. In Nikki’s role as Lettings negotiator, it is very important to keep up-to-date with the ever-changing legislation governing the lettings world.
Nikki is recently married and has a 4-year-old little boy who keeps her busy outside of work with endless trips to the park and soft play centres, and she is also the secretary of a local social club.
Nikki has lived and worked in Leamington and Warwick all her life and has great local knowledge. She would love to talk to you if you are thinking of becoming a landlord, or if you are already an existing landlord who is looking for a new agent.
