Nikki joined Godfrey-Payton in 2022, bringing a wealth of lettings experience in the Warwickshire area.
Nikki oversees the management of our lettings properties and enjoys working closely with our private clients, contractors and tenants. Nikki’s proactive approach helps the team keep up-to-date with the ever-changing legislation governing the lettings world.
Nikki has lived and worked in Leamington and Warwick all her life and has great local knowledge. She would love to talk to you if you are thinking of becoming a landlord, or if you are already an existing landlord who is looking for a new agent.
Nikki is recently married, and is a mum to her two boys who keep her busy outside of work, with endless trips to the park and soft play centres, and she is also the secretary of a local social club.
